Shipping policy
- All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with your tracking number and most orders typically ship within 3-5 business days
- RSD Collection LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please ensure that you have the correct and complete address before placing an order. Please email us a rachel.williams@rsdcollectionllc.com with any shipping concerns or to report an issue with your shipment.
- RSD Collection LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. We make every effort to evaluate the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.
