Returns/Exchanges
We make every effort to provide high quality products to meet the needs of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We understand that each situation is different.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Full or partial refunds will be given on orders that are damaged or defective outside of the customer’s control or any wrong items received. Please contact us at rachel.williams@rsdcollectionllc.com if you received a damaged or defective item. Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order.


Non-returnable items
Due to sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or tampered with. All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and information before placing an order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions (Unless it is an error caused by RSD Collection LLC). If you have questions about your order, please send a message to rachel.williams@rsdcollectionllc.com 

 

Cancelling An Order
We are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed.


Lost Or Stolen Package(s)

RSD Collection LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please ensure that you have the correct and complete address before placing an order. All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please email us at rachel.williams@rsdcollectionllc.com with any shipping concerns or to report an issue with your shipment.

 

Refunds
We will notify you if we approve and issue a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rachel.williams@rsdcollection.com
